Other Reminders :
The oven used for the recipes here is a gas oven. You may use an
electric oven but adjust the heating time. As the oven capacity
varies among users, it is best to see thru the oven window if the
dough has turned golden brown or into your desired outcome.
Flours differ in quality depending on the brand. You may use up
to a half cup of water if the dough is too dry. Likewise, if the
dough is too wet, add up to a half cup of flour for dusting.
Preheat the oven, especially for cakes, cookies, cupcakes and
pies…For steamed products, it is best to use a bamboo steamer.
Grease baking pans before use…Do not touch the dough after
the final rise…Store breads in a cool dry place to last for days...
Clean your oven regularly using baking soda or vinegar and warm
water…Use a pot holder to protect your hands from heat when
taking baking pans out of the oven. Happy baking!!
