IAMaezingPublishing is truly proud of having published this book, “Negosyong
Kaysarap! with Ridge and Daniella” for it upholds the mission of the company to
highlight the incredible talents that God has bestowed upon us.

There are many aspiring, talented chefs and bakers out there who similarly
created their own FB Page and Group but Ridge and Daniella stand out for their
efforts to spread God’s kindness, humility and love. The recipes they create have all
been used in restaurants and some even won in contests, yet they willingly share
them in their Facebookgroup, “Filipino Bread, Kakanin, Atbp. Recipes” in hope of
helping others become successful in the food industry.

The book, “NegosyongKaysarap!” will help those who want to start their
business or elevate their success in the field of baking and cooking. It offers tips and
techniques, which save entrepreneurs and moms a lot of time, money and effort.
Any expert in the field of baking will attest to the difficulties that new bakers may
encounter. These difficulties include perfecting recipes, finding the best ingredients,
addressing problems in quality of breads and cakes, but taking hold of this book and
following the instructions contained in it will save them from all the burdens and
costs. This is to say that deviating from the recipes will lead to issues in the quality
of the product, thus it is strongly recommended to follow the instructions closely.
The timing, kneading, ingredients, and everything written here should be applied to
