Greetings Baxter Perkinson Center for the Arts donors and friends;

It is with great pride and gratitude that the Chesterfield Cultural Arts Foundation board

can report to you our new projected construction start date, Spring of 2018. It has

been a long road and due to negotiations with the county on budget and contracts the

project has been delayed. Now that the Board of Supervisors has approved the
additional funding, we are well on our way to bringing the “dream” of a Cultural Arts

Center to Chesterfield County. We greatly appreciate your patience and support during
