                                    ACTIVE LISTENING SKILLS
How you respond and listen to your coworkers and customers is equally as important as getting your point across and communicating to others. Active listening skills are vital when you are masked, and without facial or verbal cues, it is difficult to show someone you are listening.
     • Tilt head
               • Lean toward the other person
(while remaining socially distant)
        • Put hand up to ear
    • Nod in agreement
    • Give a thumbs up in agreement
