ADMINISTRATOR’S LETTER

                                          Dear Imaging Friends,

I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July weekend celebration
                                          with family and friends!

We had a sweet start to fiscal year 2020, celebrating our
accomplishment to reach 113 days or greater, since our last
Radiation Event! Kudos to YOU on achieving this goal! Our new
record is 119 days! I hope that you all were able to enjoy ice cream
break to help revel in this occasion.

I view July as a celebratory month and an opportunity to start fresh! You will be working closely
with your supervisor to reflect on the previous fiscal year’s goal as you summarize your FY19
performance reviews. Did you accomplish what you set out to achieve? What will your new
goals for FY20 be? I encourage you to speak often about your goals and achievements with your
supervisors to not only enhance the department goals, but your personal and professional goals

as well. How can we continue to help you grow and develop in your role here in Imaging, at
           Bayview?

We recently provided a suggestion box in the employee breakroom. We welcome anyone with
creative ideas and/or suggestions to give us your feedback. Thus far, we have had one

suggestion – to look into book bags for technologist as a token of appreciation – we are working
           on pricing now!

Are you interested in learning more about the department? We welcome you to join us anytime
for our Management Huddles in the Administrative Suite, starting promptly at 8:30am. If you
would like to learn more about what “status of the day,” “statistics of yesterday,” and/or learn

about any operational/staffing challenges for the day – we focus on all those elements within 5
minutes every day! Join on behalf of your Team Lead and/or modality to learn more!

In conjunction, I’m interested in learning more about the evening and night shift operations,
and so I have planned to join the evening shift on Tuesday July 9th and the night shift,
Thursday August 1st to shadow and learn more about your day to day operations. I look

forward to learn more from you!

As always, thank YOU for ALL that you do each and every day! I know you all continuously go
above and beyond and I cannot thank you enough!

           Emily Lee
