Kimberly Scelsi – Sr. Executive Assistant & Faculty Coordinator
Much like the Wizard’s influence on the Land of OZ, Kim is the person behind the
curtain shaping our environment. Every paint choice, renovation, or furniture decision
has her fingerprints on them. Kim though, is much more than the designated interior
designer for the Imaging Department, she is critical to supporting the faculty and
making Dr. Kamel’s hectic schedule more manageable.
Kim does a remarkable job of handling a multitude of complex tasks with an
incredible level of attention to detail. She has the ability to quickly coordinate high-level
multi-discipline meetings for leadership across the enterprise. She has been critical in
maintaining the faculty work schedule, which has been a complex monthly and
sometimes-daily task that is essential for the day-to-day operations of the department.
She is truly an executer, and is vital for many additional behind the scenes tasks such as
making sure faculty credentialing is complete.
Most importantly, she helps keep us all properly fed and watered! If it was not for
Kim, events such as the Crab Feast and the many monthly imaging festivities simply
would not happen.
Thank you Kim for all that you do. You are simply amazing!
