        Weekly Sessions in



        the Harrison Library







            Looking for simple ways to incorporate mindfulness and meditation
                                 into your busy life? Try mindful coloring.





                       Neda Gould, Ph.D., director of the mindfulness program, has designed
                    mindful coloring sessions to encourage all Johns Hopkins Bayview employees

              to take a brief pause in their work day to relax and recharge. All supplies are provided.


                 Coloring can be a form of meditation. Stop by anytime during a weekly session to
               enjoy a quiet space, listen to soothing music, and color your way toward mindfulness.

                   Staff members will be available to help get you started and answer questions.
