There is a project with QMax Houston called (QProject ) intend to have all the wells
drilled by all locations in one data base, QMax Kurdistan finalized its part of it and
has finally completed the training on QMax software which made a huge difference
with the customers especially that we are the only company using the software
and hydraulics in Kurdistan right now , the operations team had been working with Bilal Haider Ghayyur Abbas
Houston team for getting authorizations to the engineers on the software and to train
them on the modules, this led also to fill all Erbil part in the QProject .

The last stage of the Share Point Implementation was finished. The Share Point
Project began in February 2019 and we had a schedule to finalize before the end of
the year. The collaboration between Erbil IT and local IT speeded up the process and
we concluded the project ahead of the deadline by about a third, the Share Point
converted the Erbil manual system to a solid system. Erbil has been used for a solid
system that can monitor and control the entire process in all departments.
