How will I get my Ker-Ching Card?
On the application form, you must reflect your physical address. This advised where your card must be
delivered, by a courier service. Remember, a R100,00 delivery fee is required.
How will I activate my Ker-Ching Card?
Dial*134*146354#
Select Option 3
Enter your Ker-Ching Card 16 digit (PAN) Number
Enter your registered ID or Passport Number
Enter your own private PIN Number
Repeat entry of your own private PIN Number
Select exit option
Where can I swipe/transact/use my card?
You can swipe or transact the card at any merchant contracted to Ker-Ching, and at any merchant
already registered with the Service Provider’s Payment Gateway System. Remember rewards are
earned only the contracted Ker-Ching Merchant who is aligned to the Ker -Ching Compensation Plan and
Ker-Ching Forced Matrix model.
How do I load funds onto the card?
You may transfer funds via an automated FNB Bank Teller (ATM) or via an EFT or direct deposit, into
the Ker-Ching FNB Account No 628 0874 8208, Branch Code 26 05 66, using the LAST 9 digits of
your Ker-Ching Card Number as the REFERENCE Number.
How do I check my Card balance?
Dial *134*146354#
Select Option 1
Enter your Ker-Ching Card (PAN) number
Balance will be displayed
Select E to exit
What must I do if I lose my card, or my card is damaged or stolen?
Stop your Ker-Ching card immediately by:
1. USSD = Dial *134*146354#
Select option e to cancel
Enter ID No (Option 1) or Card No (Option 2)
FOLLOW THE PROMPTS
2. Ker-Ching Mobile APP = Log in to APP
Click on Cards
Select your Card & Click
Once card is blocked, all future transactions will be declined
3. Send email to info@ker-ching.co.za
Ker-Ching will stop the card for you
Ker-Ching will contact you and advise on the card replacement and accompanying fee. .
