How do I download the Ker-Ching Mobile APP?

Visit Google Play Store
Search for the Ker-Ching APP and INSTALL (only usable on SMART PHONES)
Read the associated Terms & Conditions.
Once read, indicate acceptance of the APP’s Terms & Conditions
Log in using your email address and then click on Forgot Password

The System will return, via an email, your password.
Enter Password
Now you are ready to use the APP
NB = keep your password safe!!

How do I use the Quick Response (QR) Code?

Where appropriate, a merchant will present you with a unique transaction QRcode that you will
capture (or scan) with your smart phone camera. The QRcode is a machine - readable optical label that
contains the transacted information about the item(s) to which it is attached. The QRcode is the QR
code that you must scan to complete the transaction. Once scanned, the merchant will receive an SMS
indicating whether the transaction is successful or not; You, the Ker- Ching card holder, will get a similar
message.

What is a Forced Matrix and how does it work?

The Ker-Ching Loyalty programme is operated under a FORCED MATRIX compensation (earnings)
plan that allows for an ENROLLER to sponsor ten (10) new members (so termed as “downlines”). Any
additional downlines you enrol within your matrix will be slotted where there are open spots, that is,
further down in your matrix (your business) – such as their second, third or fourth levels – and will be
placed under one of your 10 downlines where there is an opening. This is known as SPILL OVER.

A Forced matrix may be typically described by two terms: the WIDTH times the DEPTH – W x D. In the
diagram below, is an example of a 3 x 4 matrix reflecting an enroller with 3 frontline downlines (WIDTH)
and rewards 4 levels deep (DEPTH). Any downline that you enrol beyond the first 3 will be placed
underneath others in the matrix. However, you will still receive rewards based on the matrix’s downlines
spending patterns.

How am I rewarded under the Ker-Ching Loyalty Card program?

You are rewarded as follows:

1. Referral Rewards: for each new member that you enrol and is captured (known as your
downlines), you receive a weekly cash-back reward for your past week’s enrolments according
to the Referral Rewards Compensation Plan as per your Forced Matrix model; and

2. Earnings Rewards: for each completed transaction you make with your card at a contracted
Ker-Ching merchant , you receive, at the end of each month, a cash-back earnings reward on
your actual monthly spend, as well as your matrix average monthly spend, as per the Earnings
Rewards Compensation Plan as per your Forced Matrix model.
