you want to distribute your ebook beyond Lulu.com.

We have attempted to keep the technical details of converting your manuscript to an EPUB
to a minimum, but sometimes details can’t be avoided and in this case details will result in a
better EPUB conversion. Throughout this guide, we reference the “EPUB Table of Contents.” In
technical terms, this refers to a component in the EPUB called the NCX file.
