The Optician-Licensed Dispensing apprenticeship program
will help you develop skills necessary to deal effectively within
the complex eye care business environment and aid in
developing the skills necessary to pass the Washington State
Optician Board Examination. Highline offers one online class
per quarter, with hands-on modules, designed for you to
supplement your learning, or learn new skills.

Seattle/King County Clinic brings together healthcare
organizations, civic agencies, non-profits, private
businesses and volunteers from across Washington to
produce a free health clinic in KeyArena at Seattle
Center. The four-day clinic provides a full range of
free dental, vision and medical care to underserved
and vulnerable populations in the region. The next
Clinic is scheduled for September 20-23, 2018.
