Membership Committee – Maayan Shuval
Maayan reported that membership numbers are currently stagnant. She commented on the great

Spring Convention turnout. Her committee is working on getting into local communities.

Executive Director’s Report – Donna Hatch
Donna reported on the success of our new updated website thanks to Innexus. Because of their
discounts with referral program, there was no cost to us.

A motion was made by Fred Franklin to accept the nominations. It was seconded, voted and carried.

The following new Board Members were sworn in by Kendall Hatley
Nicole Askaria, Maayan Shuval, Jacob Jackyl, Ann Winn, Jeff Zeitler and Sarah Green

Gina Demmerly was installed as Vice President by Kendall Hatley
David Reed was installed as 2nd Vice President by Kendall Hatley

Barb Demmerly was installed as President by Ron Swengel.

New President Report – Barb Demmerly
Barb thanked Kendall and all other Past Presidents for their leadership. She commented that she is
looking forward to creating new partnerships, rising to challenges and crossing boundaries.

A motion was made by Heidi Adams to adjourn the meeting at 8:51 am. It was seconded, voted and
carried.
