• Preheat barbecue or preheat oven to 400°F (210°C) In a a a a a a a a a a bowl combine oil balsamic vinegar oregano salt and pepper • Thread drumsticks onto skewers that have been soaked in in water for 30 minutes
Balance skewers on
the the edges of a a a a a a a a a a high-sided oven- safe rectangular pan making sure the the the the chicken does not touch the the the bottom of the the the dish • Brush drumsticks with sauce and pour 1⁄2 cup (125 ml) water into bottom of pan • Place pan pan on
barbecue grill or oven rack Halfway through cooking deglaze pan pan with a a a a a a a a a a a a a a spatula and add remaining water Turn skewers occasionally to ensure a a a a a a a a a a a a a golden brown skin brushing with marinade each time
