* Drinking a pint of water at one time
increases the metabolism in your body for a
brief time causing you to burn calories.
On average, people should have 250 grams of
carbs per day, assuming they are on a 2000
calorie diet. Women may consume a little less
than that; and men may consume a little more
than that. But generally most people need
about 2000 calories per day.
** Cocktails shown in chart are standard 8
oz. with "1.5" oz. of 80 Proof Liquor….80 Proof
Liquor contains around 100 calories (Add 25
Calories for 100 Proof Liquor) / There are no
carbs in Alcohol, it's all in the mix!
Beer data is based on a 12 oz. serving.
*** Wine data is based on a 4 oz. serving. No
wine is identical. Most range from 90-100
calories and from 5-13% alcohol.
Seems reasonable, but watch your pour.
Please drink responsibly, we are all counting on you...
