The company offers a full range of construction services associated with a major construction
company, including management contracting, design & build, design assist, alliance/partnering and
turnkey contracts in addition to the traditional building procurement. Collen Construction has built
up an impressive portfolio of Clients across the full spectrum of Irish business through our

stakeholders.
Contracts vary in type and size but our primary activity is undertaking medium to large scale complex
projects in the following areas: Data Centre campus development, commercial office developments;
large scale industrial; institutional; residential; and conservation.
