Included among the various projects we have undertaken in recent years are a number of large data

center campuses for clients, including over 100,000m2 of data halls across 4 separate campuses
incorporating over 50 data halls for one confidential client. Initial projects with this Client were

secured through a competitive tendering process, however over seventy-five percent of projects
completed to date have been negotiated due to our continuing commitment to deliver fast-track

projects on time, within budget and to the highest safety, quality and environmental standards as
stipulated by our Client.

The existence of a Non Disclosure Agreement prohibits us from divulging any project specific

information and whilst we acknowledge this restricts the information we are at liberty to include

with this submission, we would emphasise that Client Confidentiality must always remain a priority
for Collen Construction. Our Non Disclosure policy is strictly enforced and we have a number of

security measures in place to ensure that all site personnel are fully aware of the stipulations and
protocols in force.
