Technical Support
In our experience most new installations need “babysitting” for the initial period.
During this time machines “bed in”, operators get comfortable with the operating
system, and maintenance staff get familiar with the equipment. As part of the overall
project Horan Automation & Consulting provides free of charge 6 months telephone
and online technical support to all clien’t staff.
Following the 6 month period we can continue to supply this backup service for an
annual charge if required.
