How to Request Security Documentation
and Reporting (e.g. the SOC 2 report, PCI
certificates, etc.)
To process security-related reports we use an internal tool known as SRDS (Security Reports
Distribution System). The SRDS tool lets us automate the watermarking, sending, and tracking
of security-related reports (such as the SOC 2 report, Equinix’s ISO 27001, or the PCI AoC) to
customers.
1. Report Request Process
AE’s – Please work with your aligned SE and complete the steps below. These are required
steps and will help your SE process your requests faster.
1) Upload a completed NDA (signed by the customer and countersigned by RC) and attach to
either the Salesforce Account or Opportunity. A blank copy of our NDA form can be found
under InfoCentral | Legal Forms (link).
2) Provide direct link to the above Salesforce Account or Opportunity (do not provide a link to
the NDA itself).
3) Provide an email address of the customer(s). The SRDS tool sends security-related reports
to the customer directly.
Once these steps are completed, your aligned SE will use the SRDS tool to process the
requested reports for you.
