               Bring up Glip and show the user presence for ​Glip User (ext 105)​. Change the presence in Glip
               from ​Available​ to ​Do Not Disturb​ and then note that the status is synchronized in MAX.






























               (NOTE: There may be a delay of up to 5 seconds before the status in MAX reflects the
               status in ​Glip​).

               Change the status in ​Glip​ back to Available.
