               •       Provide appropriate facilities for first aid and prompt treatment of injuries and illness at work.

               •       Provide appropriate instructions, training, retraining and supervision in health and safety
               matters including first aid and ensure that adequate awareness is spread regarding the same.

               •       Ensure proper implementation of fire prevention and appropriate fire fighting guidelines, and
               make sure training facilities are provided for personnel involved in this service.

               •       The establishment and maintenance of best possible condition of work is, no doubt, the
               responsibility of Management, yet it is also necessary that each employee follows prescribed safe
               methods of work. Employees should take reasonable care for the safety and health of themselves,



                       of their fellow employees and of other persons who may be affected by their actions at work.
                       With this in mind, employees should be SHELF conscious, and:

               •       REPORT potential hazards

               •       OBSERVE Safety Rules, procedures and codes of practice
               •       USE with all reasonable care the tools, equipment, safety equipment and protective clothing
               provided by the Company and keep them in good condition

               •       PARTICIPATE in safety training courses when called upon to do so

               •       TAKE an active and personal interest in promoting safety, health and environment at work

                       Awareness Measures
                    Training:

               •       Fire Fighting Training will be provided to employees in order to make them aware of the safety
               procedure in case of an emergency.

               •       First Aid training will also be provided to employees regularly through experts in the field.

                    Safety week:

               •       As a part of employee engagement activity, Safety week will be conducted every year in month
               of March. The objective is to further reinforce the concept of safety at work place in particular and life in
               general. This needs to be done through increasing safety awareness among employees by imparting
               specialized training to them.
