                                            Occupational Health and Safety Policy


                       Objective
               •       To comply with applicable rules and regulations pertaining to Health and Safety of Employees
               and Environment.

               •       Strive to proactively reduce occupational injury and illness risks, and promote employee health
               and well-being.

               •       Pursue pollution prevention, energy and other natural resources conservation, and waste
               reduction in our operations.
                       Applicability

                       This policy is applicable to all the employees working in the company including contractual
                       workforce.

                       Procedure

                       Indovision shall take all such steps which are reasonably practicable to ensure best possible
                       conditions of work and with this end in view, the Company shall do the following: -

               •       Allocate sufficient resources to provide and maintain safe and healthy working environmental
               conditions.

               •       Take steps to ensure that all known safety factors are taken into account in the design,
               construction, operation and maintenance of office premises.
               •       Provide protective equipment and safety appliances wherever necessary and ensure their
               proper use.

               •       Educate employees about material, equipment or processes, which are used in their work, and
               known to be potentially hazardous to safety, health and environment.

               •       Regularly review all operations and methods of work, make necessary changes from the point of
               view of safety in the light of previous experience and contemporary regulations.
