IN CONCLUSION

Thank you for the opportunity for Astute Electronics Ltd to not only demonstrate within
this document our capabilities but also to put a proposal together that we trust meets
your requirements in delivering a supply chain that meets the demands of your
business.

Our proposal is based on this project beginning from August 2019 which will benefit all
parties in firstly ensuring that all long lead items are captured we will then be taking a
controlled amount of risk and secondly ensuring that we have understood all the
parameters around the existing supply chain along with any unforeseeable situations
that could occur forcing lead times to extend.

We hope you can see that from this document that we have demonstrated that this
project is a core competence of our business and have provided case studies that are
being delivered and should the opportunity arise we would be happy to provide
reference sites and contact details.
