Astute Hastings warehouse
Incorporating our partnerships with all CEM’s and the supply chain. Astute will have a
warehouse space in Hastings which will in turn offer General Dynamics a further
advantage to JIT deliveries. This location will be supported through our own operations
team and support network for all General Dynamics queries. Through having this
warehouse space Astute will be able to offer General Dynamics a unique offering of
having stock nearby, which could be called off for a same day delivery ensuring that
production does not stop.
Order Management and Through Life Support
Our aim is to demonstrate that within Astute’s core competence of supply chain solutions
there is a strong Obsolescence management and through life support model that will
support General Dynamics through the right solution. This project is to be managed over
a 4-year period, commencing in 2020, Astute would run the report monthly and notify
General Dynamics of any potential obsolesces or LTB notifications

basis throughout the term of the order.
