Managing Sub-contractors and CEM’s

The aim of Astute managing the sub-contractors, allows General Dynamics to have the ability
to talk to one company, raise one order however managing to get updates on several. Through
previous experience managing other programs, Astute has designed customer dashboards to
be able to demonstrate stages throughout the program and to ensure deliveries are clear from
the start. Below, you can see the process flow that is undertaken once the order has been
raised.
