Astute has developed from using its knowledge of the electronics industry and having
the ability to deliver change and flexibility from a component supplier into a 3rd party
logistics provider.

We are a unique formation of strategic networks with our Headquarters in
Stevenage, Hertfordshire and regional offices in China, India, Australia, Germany
and our American offices in Virginia & Texas

Our Focus is to provide world class outsourcing solutions and logistical supply chain
management. Through market and program knowledge, Astute caters for primes and
their Vendor Reduction programs.

Our proposal is to look to deign a supply chain that supports General Dynamics’s
needs for Morpheus program in delivering a Direct Line Feed as a Kanban solution
based on your forecast. Whilst supporting with a General Dynamics with a warehouse
facility in Hastings.

For us to provide an accurate solution we would need to understand all the dims of the
parts in question to allow us to understand how much space is required along with the
required build forecast, Astute would also need to know the chosen metal work
partners, CEMS and Cables Assemblies:

components, vendors, delivery issues and partners which have caused concerns with
