ConsolidatedInvoicing
Astute understands the benefits that consolidated invoicing brings for both the customer
and Astute – reduced administration, reduced costs and reduced queries, however the
main benefit for the customer is the time taken from delivery of parts/service to when the
invoice is generated - in some circumstances customers are able to invoice their
customers before being invoiced by Astute Over the past few years, Astute have provided
different consolidated invoicing solutions to customers to meet their individual needs some
forexample:
Thales Project TIM
Astute supply component, kits and kanban items
to Thales Project TIM –Thales report component
consumption to Astute on a daily basis and
Astute invoice Thales on a 4 week billing cycle
broken down by project, owner and currency –
approx. 4000 line items consolidated into 8
invoices. Astute has invested in a warehousing
suite which integrates with their ERP system –
various file processing tools have been
developed to allow consumptiondata to be
transacted through both systems and an in –
house consumption billing tool has been
developed to accurately breakdown costs by
project,owner and currency.
