Astute believe the reason we were selected as the solution partner in delivering this

procurement techniques (such as category management, strategic sourcing and supplier
management).
Efficiency – Reducing costs from within the procurement function and procurement
processes (for example, through process reengineering, deploy technology and
automation).
ACT Solution – Providing best value materials and services on time to specification
and contract.
The process and strategy behind this model has been developed for many customer
projects and implemented successfully for such customers as Thales, this model was
adjusted and improved for the ACT availability model to enable Astute to Deliver on time
in full against contract. All IT and manual mechanisms / processes have been created
with Selex ES and Astute Electronics Ltd contractual obligations in mind, enabling both
companies to adhere to the KPI’s set within contract be the UK MOD.
