1. Objectives and influences

We understand the project to be the outsourcing, procurement, buffer stock management,
management of material / assemblies along with managing the key supply vendors and
CEM partners. We consider the following to be key areas of attention.

• Outsource manufacturing of PCB ensuring the same quality by utilising exactly the
same components via the same manufacturers (no alternatives would be used without
prior consent)

•Assuring the highest quality of product possible and offer the lowest cost equivalents
whenever possible. Phased and agreed up-front.

• Delivering within a 12 hour notice period

• Local stock to be held by Astute and delivered into your site in Hastings

• Meeting the above whilst achieving lowest cost of acquisition.
