D.5.0 PEOPLE AT RISK
An estimate of the number of people on-site and off-site who may be exposed
to the hazards considered in the report
In order to establish the number of people onsite and offsite that will be affected by
the major accident events, the physical effect modeling as described in Part D2 and
Appendix D1, provides the analysis of the accident event, the impact / consequence
of the event on the people, plant and surrounding.
The method of Consequence Analysis is further described in D6.0.
Table D.5.0a and Table D.5.0b provides the number of people affected by the major
accident scenario during the day and night.
