How do we achieve this?

This is achieved by us drawing on all our individual companies in the MJH Group
and our highly qualified sub-contractors.

What do you have to do?

All we ask of you is to contact your landlords and tell them about this offer.

You then supply us with the tenant’s details of the properties that landlords have
taken up the option.

From then on all you do is wait for us to do the assessments and supply you with
the reports and certification.

You then collect our fee from your landlord of which you get 10% so the more you
sell the more you make.
