In this screen, you can view the members’ demographic information, as well as make changes and view the history.
By clicking the “Edit” key, you will be able to change the members' address, phone number, and name. You will also use this to change a member’s relationship from dependent or spouse, to “Self,” assigning them their own subscriber ID.
