Obamacare changed the dynamics of labor when it
encouraged many businesses to fire full-time employees
with benefits and hire more part-time employees
without benefits.
President Trump is frustrated over his economic
agenda because he lacks support from the Democrats.
He has stated that the Republicans could propose the
best spending plan and the best health care system in
the world, and they still would not get support from the
Democrats and even some Republicans.

Even though the Republicans have a majority in
Congress, they are not as united as the Democrats.
Whereas the Democrats act as one unit, all voting the
same, the many Republicans are not willing to give due
heed to President Trump’s leadership. This may change
in time, but it has limited Donald Trump’s effectiveness
as a leader.
