In re-fit/re-image projects (ONLY), the existing
200 x 200 square white tile may be retained in
kitchen and BOH, but the old BLUE tiles may not
be retained and MUST be covered by the new
White feature tile.

All tiled corners (both vertical and horizontal)
should have black PVC straight edged trim
10mm wide in black. Code ESP 100 by Genesis,
available from TilesUK.

Where the sneeze screen glazing meets white
tiled wall, a white powder coated 20mm
channel is to be used vertically, inset within the
tile depth. (Available from Icon). The channel is
to run the entire height from counter to ceiling.
The glass should be secured with WHITE glazing
gasket.
