2.8.3 Customer WC Provision
The provision of customer WCs should be
compliant with Section 4 of Approved
Document G of the Building Regulations 2010
(BS 6465-1:2006).
Stores with:
• 12No. covers or less, seats being fixed or
moveable, there is no requirement for a
toilet
• Up to and including 25No. covers, there
should be a minimum of one wheelchair
accessible unisex toilet that can be used by
either staff of customers
• Over 25No. covers, the guidance in
Document G of the Building Regulations
2010 should be followed
