D7.12 McDelivery

Where McDelivery is offered by a restaurant, a
dedicated McDelivery is required.

Where possible, an externally accessed
dedicated McDelivery door should always be
prioritised unless site constraints or planning
conditions make this an issue.

- A new external door with ‘Delivery Partners
Only’ signage.
- A new externally facing ORB (order ready
board) shouls be installed where possible to
encourage delivery partners to only enter once
their order is ready.

Internally, the McDelivery room should provide
the following:
- New external door with ‘Delivery Partners Only’
Signage
- Feature Graphic
- Flat counter
- Waiting Bench
- Public Awareness Monitor (PAM)
- ORB above counter
- ORB in Window
- Loose tables for bag loading to be positioned
away from the counter
- Access gap from kitchen to be indicated
- Natural light is encouraged

Where McDelivery rooms are only internal, no
PAM screen is required in the room.
