C3.7 Low Modus Sealant

Low modus sealant to be used in the following
locations ONLY including specific colours once
the construction works have been completed
and cleaned:

Dining area crew room
Floor to perimeter wall skirting junctions black
Perimeter of floor and trash columns only (including internal line) black
Perimeter of floor and partition skirting black
Edge of counter to adjacent wall clear
Perimeter of all graphics clear

WCs including crew WCs
Floor to wall junction black
Internal corners of tile to tile walls grey
Ceiling to wall junction white
Perimeter of corian vanity basin black
WC to IPS panel junction white

Additional low modus sealant works may be
required in the staff WC’s and change areas. All
works and appropriate colours must be agreed
on a site by site basis with the McDonald’s PM.
