Yes, we from the rural area sometimes think that oppor-
tunities are not there and that we are lagging behind.
But we have discovered today that you are second to
none. You are unique. When we speak of Aspire Megha-
laya, we speak of you. You are Meghalaya, the youth of
today. The mind of Meghalaya is in you. If we join hands
together, we can realise the beautiful, full potential of
the state. You are fortunate to have the Government of
India and the Government of Meghalaya supporting
you through this project and many others.
