03 RECOGNISING POTENTIAL
Given the general tendency of tribal youth towards reticence, standing in the spot light is a
far cry indeed. The youth of our State are no less endowed than those from other states with
immense potential and talents. Yet they find no means of outlet and, more importantly, do not
know of any platform that encourages and promotes talent in urban and suburban settings.
