They taunted, and cursed Him,

Holy book that by God was inspired,
'Tis a fountain of truth everlasting;
You have come to break loose all our bindings,
Of all sin, lack of wisdom and fear.
. You have spoken to us of the mansions,
In a far destination of joy; To our eyes you have clearly exposed it,
That which God will bestow to HIS saints.

That divine mandate has been so perfect.
As it guides every soul so uprightly;
And the little ones you love so deeply,
All your teachings can help them to grow.
Perfect peace and great bliss you have granted,
All the mortals who drank from your streams;
An immortal reward will be given,
If they faithfully keep all your laws.

Shine your beacon eternal in this world,
For there's millions who do not know God's light;
May their hearts be persuaded by Your grace,
I will speak of your truth to the world.
Blessed God come enlighten my mind,
Let my eyes see Your truth so divine;
Help me keep it obediently always,
I will sing of your excellent love.
