The Lord Jesus ascended to rule,
O'er the land that He said He'd prepare;
At the right hand of God now He sits,
By the Father for all eternity.

Christ has ascended to His throne, with the Angels of the Lord,
Interceding in our favor from His seat,
He will descend to us, to take His Church with Him,
We are the precious Church of the Lord.
