P. 441

You will weed it out, my Lord.
                             CHORUS
                           //1 am wheat//
                          //Of the harvest//
                           //Of the Lord//
                     Through the blood of Jesus Christ
                    And the power that God gave Him;
                          To His granary I go.
                                2
                   I can already see Jesus in the distance,
                      Contemplating //all His work//
             He's rejoicing in the seed that he had planted so gladly,
                       Within my unworthy heart.
                                3
                  All the granaries of my Lord are so lovely,
                     I can see them //filled with love//
                   By all those who worked them with love
                    AQnd they never felt embarrassed,
                        In the fields of our Lord.
               609. IT MAY BE IN THE VALLEY

              It may be in the valley where countless dangers hide,
                It may be in the sunshine that I in peace abide;
                 But this one thing I know, if it be dark or fair,
                    If Jesus is with me, I'll go anywhere.
                             CHORUS
                     If Jesus will walk with me, I will go,
              'Tis heaven to me, where e'er I may be, if He is there!
                   I count it a privilege to serve my Lord,
                      His cross to bear without fear
                    If Jesus will walk with me, I'll be there.
                                2
                 It may be I must carry the blessed word of life,
               Across the burning deserts to those in sinful strife;
                 And tho' it be my lot to bear my colors there,
                   If Jesus goes with me, I'll go anywhere.
