P. 442
3
But if it be my portion, to bear my cross at home,
While others bear their burdens, beyond the billow's foam;
I'll prove my faith in Him, confess my judgments fair,
And if He stays with me, I'll go anywhere.
4
It is not mine to question the judgments of my Lord,
It is but mine to follow, the leadings of His word;
But if to go or stay, or whether here or there,
I'll be with my Savior, content anywhere.
610. I CAN SEE UP IN THE HEAVENS
YA SE MIRA EN LOS CIELOS
............. ····n :;-,:19 tll\WNING ..
I can see up in the heavens,
All the dawning in its brilliance;
Like a light giving reflections,
Christ, the star alive and shining;
Jesus has illuminated,
The path of the sinful man.
CHORUS
You give your salvation unto my soul,
You were my protection and my refuge;
All of my sadness are forgotten,
Now I live in Christ;
Anguish has passed on, and pain has ceased.
2
Darkness is now disappearing,
And the light is now resplendent;
Christ is guiding me by His side,
He is showing me His pathway;
I'm a pilgrim on this Earth,
Towards His mansion I must go.
3
There is no doubt in my soul now,
Christ gave me His confirmation;
I'm a witness of His kind grace,
I will speak to every person;
