Step 5 – turning the system ON/OFF:
Switch the ON/OFF button located in the back panel of the main unit to its ON position.
An automatic short sequence of system check-up will take place each time the system is turned on. During check-up all applicator LEDS light up in green, the GENEO X logo appears on the screen and the OxyGeneo motor will make a short sound. Once the home screen is loaded, the system is ready for use (home screen depicted is Fig. 14).
If an applicator is placed in the wrong cradle, the following error message will persist “Please return applicator to its position” and the names of the applicators will appear above the correct cradle where they should be placed (see Fig. 15)
If the applicators are not properly connected to the back panel or are not connected at all, the following message will appear (Fig. 16) “Applicators not connected. Please connect to continue." Press the “V” icon to confirm the message. Repeat “Step 3 – connecting the applicators” elaborated above to have the applicators properly connected to the main unit.

6. BEFORE GENEO X U TREATMENT
Before attempting to operate the GENEO X system, be sure to read carefully this User Manual, including the section Safety Instructions and Contraindications, and become familiar with the system.
During the first visit, exam the Intended treatment area(s) and collect patient’s aesthetic and medical procedures history.
Determine patient suitability for the treatment - do not treat patients with any of the contraindications outlined in chapter “Contraindications and Possible Side Effects” of this User Manual.
Ensure the customer’s goals and realistic expectations are discussed prior to the treatment. Inform the customer of the treatment course, typical treatment results, possible side effects and sensation during the treatments. Instruct the customer with the safety precautions and post-treatment care.
