Indeed, the Word that became flesh is the same with the Father (John 10:30;
Philippians 2:5-8).
If Christ is the same with the Father, we dare not say that the Son of God was the flesh of Mary, for it was the Word of God that was active in creation. CanwesaytheWordthatbecamefleshistheFather? Isitbiblicaltosaythat the mind of God is the same as the Word of God?
Can we say the mind of God became flesh? The Son of God is not God the Son nor God the Father. The Son of God is the outer nature of God that died for us on the cross. In Philippians 2:5-9, the Apostle Paul was not speaking about God the Fathernoryetabouttheso-called"GodtheSon". Inwritingtothechurch at Philippi, he revealed that "the Word that became flesh" was equal to (the same as) the Father before it became flesh.
