thestatements: "Hethatcomethaftermeispreferredbeforeme: forHewas before me...No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, He hath declared Hint" All of these statements are indicative of Christ's heavenly origin, revealing that He came with and from the Father's nature (essence) in order that He might save us from death. Saving power is the product of God's nature only.
Inunanuel does not imply Son of woman, but rather means "God among
men", in a visible form. Therefore, Mary could not begat Emmanuel (God

you believe not that I am He, ye shall die in your sins. Then said they unto
Him, Who art thou? And Jesus saith. Even the same that I said unto you
from the beginning." We further note the words of Jesus: "Your father
Abraham rejoiced to see my day; and he saw it and was glad. Then said the Jews unto Him, you are not yet fifty years old, and have you seen Abraham?
Jesus said, verily, verily, I say unto you. Before Abraham was, I AM!" (John 8:56-58).
In John 10:30, Jesus said, "I and my Father are One." Certainly, it is not the earthly dust that is one with God, but indeed, the Word of God that
became flesh. John 13:3 tells us that Jesus knew He was come from God, and went to God.
In John 16:27-28, Jesus said, "For the Father Himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God. I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go to the Father." Verse 30 of the same chapter, reveals that all the
Apostles believed that He came forth from God. Earthly messengers of God are sent to deliver the message that came from heaven, but are not equal to the only begotten Son of God by nature.
Jesus declared, "Eternal life is knowing the only true God and Christ whom the Father sent" 0ohn 17:3; Isaiah 43:10-12). "Sent from God means the same as came out from God or came forth from the Father. And it is true! No one can have eternal life without knowing Him.
• "For I am from him, and he hath sent me" (John 7:29).
• "I am the bread which came down from heaven...Not that any hath seen the Father save He which is of God, He hath seen the Father...! am the living bread which came down from heaven
