Page 12 - Unseen Hands by Nona Freeman
P. 12
There are stories that can be told, and then there are stories that must be told. This is a story that must be told. Tekle and Erkenesh are anointed by God, directed
by the Spirit, and they effectively proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ. Their story, like their lives, is miraculous. The miracles recorded herein at times seem impossible to believe, but that is why they are truly miracles. The word miracle denotes a need or circumstance beyond the scope
of human help. Excitement and joy come after the miracle. Were the story of Tekle and Erkenesh to be depicted on a graph, it would peak at the extreme highs ofjoy and dip to the extreme lows of need. The stabilizer is their perfect trust in God and their commitment to praising Him.
My life is blessed by knowing these people. I have watched them minister, visited their field of labor, been in their home, sat at their table, and shared true fellowship with them. The pages of this book invite you to do the same.
Nothing couldbe more appropriate than for this story to be told through the spirit and ability of Nona Freeman, a legend in her own right of faith, miracles, and praise.
