My association with the Ethiopian church began in 1971 and has been a great spiritual inspiration in my life. The Ethiopians' unreserved love and dedication to our Lord ranks them as great leaders in the faith.
Without reservation, I can say that Reverend Teklemariam Gezahagne is the greatest soulwinner I have
ever known. Although I was his missionary superin tendent for ten years, I always stood in awe when I witnessed his complete surrender to the Lord. We labored together in harmony and with a deep friendship.
Sister Erkenesh, Reverend Teklemariam's wife, has that quiet, sweet spirit that is so precious in the sight of the Lord. Her good cooking and kind hospitality will always be remembered and appreciated by my wife and me.
I am grateful that Sister Freeman has taken the time and effort to record these wonderful and true events. W e served under the Freemans for eleven years of our foreign missions labor, and their leadership was excellent. Their close walk with the Lord has had a lasting impact for good on our lives as well as on the lives of countless others who know them. You will enjoy this book as well as her other writings.
