Y9-Y13 BASKETBALL 2018 – HIGHLIGHTS
• Brad Thompson (Knicks) scoring 30 points in a win over Kura
• Josh Kingsbury grabbing 15 rebounds (10 x o ensive) and Luka Williams shoo ng 5 x three pointers in one quarter vs Verdon.
• 1st V shoo ng a remarkable 25/26 free- throws vs Waka pu in an 83-63 win
• Ethan Carson and Hunter Peterson (Year 9 Warriors) combining for 5 x three pointers in a 38-35 win over JHC Year 10.
• Jack Wilcox (Cavs) dropping 28 points vs the SBHS Velociraptors
• Royal Express ba ling for a 40-40 Draw vs Verdon B, and knocking over  tle favourites the SBHS Knicks in the semi-  nal by 1 point, and then winning the  tle vs Verdon in the  nal.
• 1st V thrashing JHC (90-54) for their  rst win in nearly four years over JHC.
• Luka Williams (1st V) shoo ng 4x three pointers and a jump shot in the last
2 minutes of the King’s High School Interschool in an 86-70 win (scoring 26 points)
• Ross Tewe  and Ma  Maginn combining for 24 points and Luka Williams scoring 24 himself in a 75-71 win vs Waitaki (Soul Tipu 14 points also )
• 1st V shoo ng 12 x three pointers as a team vs JHC in the School Final and making 5 in a row in the last quarter.
• Outscoring JHC 22-1 in the third quarter in the Final to win 103-46. (J Colle  13, J Kingsbury 9, S Tipu 20, M Maginn 16, L Williams 12, R Tewe  17, W Stodart 4, B Templeton 6, A Saili 4)

• Ross Tewe  and Jayson Colle  combining for 40 points & 20 rebounds in a win over the Sham Gods.
