Teacher 2 Teacher Exchange consists of school intervisitations hosted by and for teachers to provide opportunities to showcase best practices focused on student5 driven/student5owned learning.

Each month, schools across multiple districts in Brooklyn, will host intervisitations to highlight an instructional best practice in support of school and district5based outcomes. Each host teacher may be observed by up to five teachers to highlight their best practice, which will be followed by a debriefing session.

All participating teachers will commit to attending at least one lab classroom per month and are encouraged to attend more.
Intended Outcomes
The Teacher 2 Teacher exchange will create opportunities for the most talented and innovative educators who are content experts, as well as passionate about teaching and learning, to share their best practices (1.2). This initiative will promulgate the most sophisticated approaches to teaching using assessment (2.2), rigorous curricula (1.1), strategies to enhance learning (1.4), and the creation of authentic learning environments to engage and support experimental learning (3.4).
